About this site and these terms

rtzmotors.com is operated by RTZ Motors, MB, company code 305897642, VAT number LT100016679013, registered at Elektrėnų g. 8, LT-51221 Kaunas, LT ("RTZ Motors", "we").

These terms apply to the site itself. Buying a part or selling us a car is also governed by the separate terms mentioned below.

Nothing is sold on this site

Every listing links to rrr.lt, the Ovoko marketplace, where the purchase actually happens. Prices, delivery and returns are governed by rrr.lt's own terms and by the seller's listing.

Stock, part counts and prices shown on this site are informational and can change at any time. The listing on rrr.lt prevails.

Selling a car to us

Details you send through the /sell form are not an offer and do not create a contract.

Any price we quote is non-binding until we have inspected the car and both sides have signed a written purchase agreement.

By sending the form you confirm that you are entitled to sell the car and that the information you give is accurate.

Condition labels

Condition labels are explained on the About page. They are rrr.lt's labels and follow its marketplace standard; where a listing describes a part differently, the listing text prevails.

Intellectual property

Site content, photos and text belong to RTZ Motors, MB unless stated otherwise.

Mercedes-Benz and model names are trademarks of Mercedes-Benz Group AG, used only to identify parts. RTZ Motors is an independent dismantler and is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Mercedes-Benz Group AG.

Availability and liability

We provide the site on a best-effort basis and do not warrant uninterrupted availability, the accuracy of third-party content, or that links to other sites keep working.

We are not responsible for third-party sites, including rrr.lt, or for their terms and privacy practices.

To the extent Lithuanian law allows, our liability is limited. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including your statutory consumer rights.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania. Disputes are decided by the competent courts of Kaunas.

Consumers keep all statutory rights and may contact the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (VVTAT, https://www.vvtat.lt) or use the EU online dispute resolution platform.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The current version is always published here, with the date shown at the top.
